What the High Authority of Health Says About Abortion
«Any woman requesting an abortion must obtain a consultation appointment within 5 days of her call. The earlier the abortion is performed during pregnancy, the lower the risk of complications. To address all these issues, we have decided to create a center dedicated to abortion to meet the demands in the department of 06 (Alpes Maritimes). Our Abortion Clinic handles requests primarily in the areas of Nice, Monaco, and Menton. Medical abortion must be performed no later than 49 days from the first day of the last period. Beyond this deadline, the woman has no choice but to undergo a surgical abortion under anesthesia with aspiration and curettage.
